Forth page changes <br />e. MSAB will now require applicants to attend the Main Street Advisory Board when their <br />grant is considered. <br />Holiday activities went well everyone push though and did well despite the weather <br />challenges. <br />Paris is the recipient of the Texas Main Street Sidewalk Grant for S. Main, Lamar, and 1 st <br />NW. <br />Dates for the group training will be postponed until State Coordinator can come, in the <br />meantime a webinar was sent to all board members to review. <br />Texas Treasure Business award is recognizing businesses who have contributed to the community <br />for over 50 years. Some downtown recommendations were made: Swaim Hardware, Henry <br />Printing for sure, and checking on the status of The Collegiate Shoppe and Spangler's. <br />Melissa and Ryan Gordon withdrew their BIG grant request. Will be focusing on alternate project. <br />6. Committee Reports <br />A. Organization —no report <br />B. Design Nancy, no report <br />C. Promotions: no report <br />D. ER: no report <br />E. HPC Sign ordinance up for review <br />F. Chamber: no reports <br />Future agenda Items: <br />Support new building owner Lalonna West who purchased 123 Clarksville. <br />Ashlea Mattoon requests the board support the non - smoking ordinance. <br />Review revisions of the BIG grant in final draft at next meeting <br />Downtown Restroom <br />9.
