Motion was made to accept bid from Robert Yeager by Lillian Brooks and seconded by Annette <br />Grant. Vote was unanimous 3-0. <br /> <br />Resolution 2004-010 Discussion and approval for New Fair Market Rents and Payment <br />Standards. Denny Head presented the board with a copy of the New Fair Market Rents and the <br />new Payment Standards issued by U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. A <br />motion was made to accept the new fair market rents and payment standards by Kathleen Edge <br />and seconded by Annette Grant. Vote was unanimous 3-0. <br /> <br />Resolution 2004-011 Approval of Admissions & Occupancy Policy. TABLED <br /> <br />Resolution 2004-012 Disposition approval of new maintenance vehicle- Denny Head <br />explained that the Housing Authority was in need of a new maintenance vehicle. Denny <br />informed the board that one of the Ford Ranger was in need of replacing. A motion was made by <br />Kathleen Edge and seconded by Lillian Brooks. Vote was unanimous 3-0. <br /> <br />Resolution 2004-013 Disposition of used ranges and refrigerators- Denny informed the board <br />that the Housing Authority was in need of disposing of several ranges and refrigerators that have <br />been deemed depilated. The Paris Housing Authority advertised for bids for the bulk sale of the <br />refrigerators and ranges. Chairman Jeff Hoog asked for a motion to approve the sale of such <br />refrigerators and ranges. Motion was made by Lillian Brooks and seconded by Annette Grant. <br />Vote was unanimous 3-0. <br /> <br />Chairman JeffHoog asked if there was any further business and there being none asked for a <br />motion to adjourn the meeting. Motion was made by Kathleen Edge and seconded by Lillian <br />Brooks. Meeting adjourned at 1:43 p.m. <br /> <br />Approved this 21st day of November, 2003. <br /> <br />Denny R.
