MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br /> OF THE <br />BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION <br />Monday, November 17, 2003 <br />4:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Chad Brown called the Building and Standards Commission Meeting to <br />order at 4:00P.M. <br /> <br />2. Roll was called. <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Chad Brown Mary Crumpler <br />Patrick Brown Harrell Tippitt <br />Lucius Joe, Jr. Pike Burkhart <br />Brad Archer <br /> <br />Bo <br /> <br />The following members were absent: <br />Tommy Robinson Mark Rothfuss <br />Billy Hill Ward Hall <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Approval of Minutes of October 20, 2003: <br />A motion was made by Lucius Joe, Jr. to approve the meeting minutes, and Mary <br />Crumpler seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Public hearing to consider presentations by Code Inspector of the City of <br />Paris, and owner(s) and / or lien holders of the below listed properties which <br />have been given notice of a violation of City Ordinance that structures need <br />to be demolished because of fire damage: <br /> <br />Ao <br /> <br />106 NE 12th, Lot 3, City Block 32-E <br />The property Owner, Mr. Michael King, stated that he intends to repair the <br />property. Mr. King requested that the Commission grant him 60 days to <br />complete the repairs. Mike Alexander suggested that the Commission <br />grant Mr. King's request. <br /> <br />Pike Burkhart made a motion that the building be repaired within 60 days <br />with a $1000 per day civil penalty if the building was not repaired within <br />the 60 days.
