Co <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Fo <br /> <br />745 Graham, Lot 5, City Block 45 <br />Ms. Cleata Mathis was present. She was there to make the Commission <br />aware that she had sold the property about three weeks before the meeting <br />to Mr. Mike Fox. Mr. Fox was present and told the Commission about his <br />plans to repair the property. <br /> <br />Brad Archer made a motion that the building be repaired within 60 days <br />with a $1000 per day civil penalty if the building was not repaired within <br />the 60 days. Patrick Brown seconded the motion. An additional request <br />was made of Mr. Fox to secure two upstairs windows, which had been <br />destroyed by the fire. The Commission requested that the windows be <br />secured as soon as possible. Mr. Fox agreed to do this. No official order or <br />civil penalties were attached to this request. <br /> <br />448 NE 16th, Lot 36, City Block 70-B <br />Mr. Mike Taylor was present as the Owner of the property. He stated that <br />he would have the building demolished. <br /> <br />Pike Burkhart made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty if the building was not demolished <br />within the 30 days. Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />1050 E. Booth, Lot 9, City Block 69-B <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br /> <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty if the building was not demolished <br />within the 30 days. Brad Archer seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously <br /> <br />1809 E. Cherry, Lot 4, City Block 227-A <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br /> <br />Brad Archer made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty if the building was not demolished <br />within the 30 days. Mary Crumpler seconded the motion. The motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />1414 W. Sherman, Lot 8, City Block 218 <br />There were no comments from the audience concerning this property. <br /> <br />Lucius Joe, Jr. made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1000 per day civil penalty if the building was not demolished <br />within the 30 days.
