back is starting to lean and fall forward. <br />Robert Talley's recommendation: 90 days to repair main structure. 30 days <br />to demolish shed. <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Chris Brown to accept <br />Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5 -0 <br />4. Code Enforcement update. <br />(1) Mr. Talley asked if there were any questions in regards to the spreadsheet. <br />Mr. Norris asked about the trailer park on Clarksville St. Mr. Talley stated <br />that their time is almost up and he will go re -check it. Mr. Talley said that <br />the owner has moved the worst of the trailers off the lot and is working on <br />another. <br />(2) Sally McEwin asked once the 30, 60, or 90 days were up did he go and <br />re -check them. Mr. Talley stated that yes he did and if no work had been <br />done or the structure was still standing he would call in for service removal. <br />(3) Johnny Norris asked about 646 NW 5th, it has been on the list since December <br />2013 and says Active Electric. Mr. Talley stated that there was an active <br />electric account at the property which means someone is paying the electric <br />bill. A letter must be sent stating the property has been condemned before <br />services will be removed. <br />(4) Johnny Norris asked about 560 E. Price, if it was still being used for training. <br />Mr. Talley stated that he thought so, but he may have already given Sanitation <br />Solutions the work order to demolish the structure. <br />(5) Mr. Talley stated that 910 Woodlawn would most likely be used by the Fire <br />and Police Departments for training before being demolished. <br />(6) Mr. Wilson asked Mr. Talley to make sure the items from 2013 that have no <br />comments are explained at the next BSC meeting. <br />5. Adjournment <br />Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Jon McFadden to adjourn <br />the meeting at 3:49pm.
