Motion was made by Johnny Norris, seconded by Chris Brown to accept Robert Talley's recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 5 -0 4. Code Enforcement update. (1) Mr. Talley asked if there were any questions in regards to the spreadsheet. Mr. Norris asked about the trailer park on Clarksville St. Mr. Talley stated that their time is almost up and he will go re -check it. Mr. Talley said that the owner has moved the worst of the trailers off the lot and is working on another. (2) Sally McEwin asked once the 30, 60, or 90 days were up did he go and re -check them. Mr. Talley stated that yes he did and if no work had been done or the structure was still standing he would call in for service removal. (3) Johnny Norris asked about 646 NW 5th, it has been on the list since December 2013 and says Active Electric. Mr. Talley stated that there was an active electric account at the property which means someone is paying the electric bill. A letter must be sent stating the property has been condemned before services will be removed. (4) Johnny Norris asked about 560 E. Price, if it was still being used for training. Mr. Talley stated that he thought so, but he may have already given Sanitation Solutions the work order to demolish the structure. (5) Mr. Talley stated that 910 Woodlawn would most likely be used by the Fire and Police Departments for training before being demolished. (6) Mr. Wilson asked Mr. Talley to make sure the items from 2013 that have no comments are explained at the next BSC meeting. 5.
