CSJ #0901 -29 -079 Fed.# STP2014(095)TE <br />District # 01 PAR <br />Code Chart 64 #50139 <br />Project: West Paris Multi -use Trail <br />Federal Highway Administration <br />CFDA #20.205 <br />Not Research and Development <br />The Estimated Total Participation by the Local Government is $181,015, plus 100% of overruns. Payment of the Local's share of TxDOT's ADM PE Cost to be <br />incurred is $2,362, due within 30 days from execution of the AFA contract. Payment of the Local's share of TxDOT's ADM Cost for Construction to be incurred is <br />$21,250, due 60 days prior to the Construction contract being advertised for bids. This is an estimate. The eligible percent of required local match as stated in the <br />nomination is 26% or greater. The final amount of Local Government participation will be based on actual costs and values.
