The starting salary of the new Director will depend on qualifications and <br />experience. In addition to base salary, the City offers a comprehensive package of Texas Mu- <br />nicipal Retirement System (7% employee contribution, 2: I city match), optional deferred com- <br />pensation account, social security, health and life insurance, leave and other benefits, The city <br />will negotiate relocation assistance with the selected candidate. <br />
