<br />'City of Paris, Texas <br /> <br />page 4 <br /> <br />Experienced Consul ling T earn <br /> <br />AJI services in connection with this assignment wiU be performed by individuals who possess <br />recognized municipal experience and broad executive selection judgment. Biographies of key consulting <br />personnel are enclosed. <br /> <br />Fees and Costs <br /> <br />Our fee for the comprehensive services outÍined above would be offered at an appropriate time and <br />will be presented on a fixed-fee basis for professional services. Expenses related directly to the <br />recruitment process, such as for travel, communications and printing would be biUed together with our <br />statements covering professional services. Our practice is to bill in three instaJlments over a 90-day <br />period; the first third is due upon your acceptance of our proposal. Additional expense reimbursement <br />would be for the cost of specialty advertising which would be direct-biUed to the City, and Candidate <br />travel and other expenses associated with interview of Candidates in Paris. <br /> <br />Satisfaction Policy <br /> <br />Our Client satisfaction policy provides that, should the appointed individual, at the request of <br />City Officials or the individual's own determination, leave the employ of the City within the first 12 <br />months of appointment, we wiU, if desired, conduct another search for the cost of expenses and <br />announcements only. In addition, in accordance with the policy of our firm, as well as established <br />ethics in the executive search industry, upon establishment of a Client relationship with the City of <br />Paris, we wiU not recruit employees from your organization for other public management positions <br />without your knowledge or permission. <br /> <br />Paris City Officials can be assured of responsive and personalized professional attention <br />throughout the recruitment assignment.
