I <br />PROJECT OVERVIEW <br /> <br />that drives our internal standard for delivering only outstanding services and top-quality <br />products. <br /> <br />With any consulting assignmenr, but particularly with an executive search project, reliable, <br />consistent communication is fundamental to project success. At key points during a search <br />assignment, WCG's consultants will meet, either by phone or in person, with the Mayor, City <br /> <br />Council, and others as appropriate ro discuss the progress of the recruitment and to review <br />subsequent steps in the search process. Ihese regular overview sessions will help to ensure <br /> <br />success with the search assignment. <br /> <br />We have helped numerous government entities over the years with their executive search <br /> <br />challenges. <br /> <br />We pride ourselves in the fact that we bring a high-level of personal <br /> <br />commitment to e\'crything that we do. \ve get to know our clients - their concerns for <br />success, their strategic goals, and their operational culture - that is the only way that we can <br /> <br />deliver customized systems for organizations of all sizes. But our professional commitment <br />does not just stop vvith our clients. Time after time, we have candidates that were not <br /> <br />selected for positions, call our firm to compliment us on our search process. A list of our references is included in Section IV for the City's review. <br /> <br />ROLE OF THE CITY'S STAFF <br /> <br />We plan to deliver a turnkey executive search program to the City. We have a full and <br /> <br /> <br />seasoned staff of professionals to deliver top quality services with minimal effort required <br /> <br /> <br />from the City. However, to assist in the project, we suggest that the City designate a Project <br /> <br />Director to serve as \vCG's principal contact for the search assignment.
