SECTION. I PROJECT OVERVIEW the choscn tasks, the City's Project Director will handle functions such as coordinating meeting times and places, assisting in the development of the position prof1le, arranging for meeting updates and any other coordination of recruitment activities. Our team of consultants will work to thoroughly review the goals of the City in regard to the seatch by conducting an initial planning meeting with the City Council, Project Director and others as appropriate. OUR PROPOSAL IS DESIGNED WITH FLEXIBILITY IN MIND ~-_. In addition, we have outlined our professional services by line item so that each may be selected as necessary to enhance the overall project or used to shorten the scope of project. Our services are presented in this format in an effort to further support the City's cost consciousness as well as its overall strategy and objectives. Section V of this Proposal details all related professional fees by project phase.
