STRATEGIC PLANNING AND PROJECT ADlvUNISTRATlON Tliroughout the entire project, WCG will work to effectively plan the key study phases and elements in order to provide quality services in a professional, effective, and efficient manner. We view our relationship with the City as a true working partnership. It is during this phase that the initial planning session is held with the City's designated Project Director, City Council, and others as appropriate. TASK 1: DEVELOP CITY MANAGER PROFILE AND IMPLEMENT EFFECTIVE ADVERTISING STRATEGY .~_. --~ This important first step in the recruitment process will involve the development of a comprehensive profIle describing dle minimum qualifications, desired experience, personal characteristics, and other factors which will make a person likely to be a success in the position of c:ity Manager for the c:ity of Paris. WCG will meet with the Project Director, City Council, designated City staff members, and others, as appropriate and as directed by the City, to discuss the required background and experiences for dle new City Manager.
