He understands that the Council makes policy. He is <br />real good about making sure Council can get things done, without getting on <br />wrong path. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />How would you rate his communications skills, both oral and written? <br />Would you consider him to be an effective representative of the City in the <br />community? <br /> <br />He has excellent skills. He is well spoken. Can make his point in front of groups. <br />He has good written skills as well. He is an effective representative.
