The <br />Individual selected will have proven <br /> <br />experience as a local government <br /> <br />manager or administrator, ideally in a <br />community with municipally owned <br /> <br />utilities, and have a solid understanding <br />of the public process. Technical skills in <br /> <br />the areas of government finance and <br />budgeting, human resources, and <br /> <br />information technology are desired. A <br />bachelor's degree in public or business <br /> <br />administration or a related field is <br /> <br />required; a master's degree is preferred. <br /> <br />The Compensation <br /> <br />The City of Gillette is offering an attrac- <br />tive salary range between $85,000 and <br /> <br />$100,000 depending upon qualifications <br />of the individual selected.
