The City of Wylie participates in the Texas <br />Municipal Retirement System (TMRS). Under this tax deferred plan, the <br />employee contributes 7% of gross salary with the City matches this <br />contribution on a 2 to 1 basis. The City offers a deferred compensation plan, <br />fully City-funded employee health insurance. life insurance and long term <br />disability insurance, plus 50/50 contribution towards dependent medical and <br />dental insurance.
