Candidates should have three to five years experience as a City <br />Manager in a comparably sized community or an Assistant Manager in a larger <br />community. A Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or <br />Political Science is highly desired, as is, a proven track record of success in a rapidly <br />growing community.
