Chad Brown called the lluilding and Standards Commission 1\ lÅ“ting to <br />order at 4:15P.M. <br /> <br />2. Roll was called. <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />The following memhers were present: <br />Chad Brown Mary Crumpler <br />LuCIus Joe, Jr. Harrell TIppin <br />Brad Archer <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />The following memhers were absent: <br />Tommy Robinson Mark Rothfuss <br />Greg \Vdson Ward Hall <br />Patrick Brown Pike Burkhart <br /> <br />3. Approval of Minutes of January 20, 2004: <br />¡\ motion was made by ] latTeli Tippitt to approve the meetmg minutes. :lI1d <br />Lucius Joe. Jr. seconded the motion. The motion earTied unanimously. <br /> <br />4. Public hearing to consider presentations by Code Inspeclor of the City of <br />Paris, and owner(s) and / or lien holders of the below listed propertit's which <br />have been given notice of a violation of City Ordinance that structures need <br />to be demolished because of lïre damage: <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />747 Booth Alley, Lot 21, City Block 63 <br />There were no comments Crom the audience conceming th,s propeny. <br /> <br />Brad Archer made a motion that the budding be dcmolíshcd wilhin 30 <br />days with a $1000 pcr day civil penaìty and, if the building IS [WI <br />demolished within the 30 day lime period, the City will demolish the <br />budding. Lucius Joe, Jr. seconded the motion.
