B. Beverly Pendleton - approximately 24 W. Plaza (property immediately
north of 28 W. Plaza (McKay's Music Co.). Mr. Denney advised the
Pendletons that the Commission would need a better drawing of the
plans for the new opening, and he offered to assist them by preparing
a drawing at no cost. There was also discussion regarding the paint
color on the plastered section of the building. Becki Norment pointed
out that plaster was technically masonry, therefore the standard for
painting masonry would apply. The Commission decided the issue
should be tabled until the next meeting. Motion to table was made by
Claudia Hunt, seconded by Jerry Raper. Motion carried 6-0.

C. Bifl E. Kirby- 136 Bonham Street. The Commission questioned whether
there would be windows in the proposed new door, and Mr. Kirby
stated there would not. Motion to approve the Certificate of
Appropriateness was made by Becki Norment, seconded by Jerry
Raper. Motion carried 6-0.

3. The meeting was adjourned at 12:45.

Paul Denney, Acting Chairman

Sue Lancaster, Acting Secretary
