• Todd advised the Committee the TML attorney and the City attorney are coming up with <br />a plan regarding the Water Treatment Plant incident. The committee will come up with <br />suggestions and give it to the City Manager when given the okay to do so. Right now <br />everything is on hold. <br />• The Supervisor training has been canceled for the end of July. It will be rescheduled. <br />Confined Space Training is still on for this fall. <br />• Melba advised she will be doing another "Reasonable Suspicion Training ". Training will <br />be set up either every year or every other year for Supervisors. <br />• Future Agenda Items: "Immediate Action" will be added to the agenda. <br />Immediate Action will be used when/if a committee member has an issue that needs <br />immediate action and cannot wait to be put on the agenda for the next month's meeting. <br />• Todd typed a letter to the Manager regarding the concerns stated about one person being <br />on duty alone. Todd nor Priscilla have got a response back from him at this time. <br />Priscilla will email the Manager regarding his recommendation. <br />• Dale Maberry would like to express his gratitude to all of the departments who helped out <br />with the fire on Bonham St. He expressed they couldn't have done it without the help of <br />all of the other departments. He mentioned the help from the Red Cross who had bottled <br />water for all workers. As well as Bill Loranger calling and getting port-a -lets placed on <br />scene for workers . <br />Jason Barber made motion to adjourn meeting. <br />Meeting adjourned at 3:43 pm. <br />--,&A %..: <br />Amy Samis <br />Safety Committee Secretary <br />
