GOODE <br />IN REPLY REFER TO <br />FILE NO. <br />Since St. Joseph's Hospital is an emergency facility and there is a <br />definite need for guidance and assistance for the traveling public <br />to such a facility, we have no objections to the installation of the <br />above mentioned signs on our right -of -way, if the City of Paris is in <br />agreement with their installation. However, we must insist that the <br />signs be placed on other supports in lieu of state supports. Also, <br />all installations must meet with our criteria and standards as directed <br />in the 1980 Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets <br />and Highways. <br />It will be the responsibility of the City of Paris to see that these <br />signs are installed and maintained properly now and in the future. <br />We shall reserve the right to request removal of subject signs if <br />their condition becomes unsightly, unreadable or deteriorated in any <br />form. <br />If you need further information or need our assistance in any matter, <br />please let us know. <br />Since y, <br />• C <br />old W.
