The <br />project management framework includes the following items: <br />Action Steps <br />Timeline <br />Staffing <br />Funding <br />Partners <br />Measurable <br />Results <br />Each strategy has a purpose /scope statement, which is the sum of all the action steps and measurable <br />results. The five implementation strategies provide a structured breakdown of the work to be <br />accomplished by PEDC board, staff, civic volunteers and partners. Each of the five strategies includes <br />specific action steps, timeline, resource requirements (funding and staffing responsibility) both internal <br />and external to PEDC, as well as measurable results for each action step. <br />6 <br />
