MINUTES <br />Paris Main Street Advisory Board <br />A regular monthly meeting of the Paris Main Street Advisory Board was held on Wednesday, May 3, <br />2000, at 3 p.m., in Heritage Hall, with Terry Townsend, Paris Main Street Manager, presiding. <br />PRESENT <br />ABSENT <br />Dr. William Hayden David House <br />Linda Suarez Bill Payne <br />Suzy Harper <br />Karen Wilkerson Dwight Chaney <br />Also present were: <br />Terry Townsend, Manager, Paris Main Street <br />Terry Townsend called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m. <br />Scott McDowell <br />Ann Wyche <br />Barbara Wilson <br />The entire meeting was a discussion regarding a Main Street Public Hearing at the Plaza Theater. <br />On a motion by Dr. William Hayden, seconded by Ann Wyche, the Board unanimously voted to establish <br />a downtown historic commercial district. This district will be the first to be affected by any proposed <br />ordinances, if adopted by the City of Paris. <br />The next meeting of the Paris Main Street Advisory Board will be held on Wednesday, May 17, at 3 p.m., <br />in Heritage Hall (adjacent to the Bonham Street Depot) for the purpose of finalizing the ordinances. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:45 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />in a Su Suarez, Me r <br />Paris Main Street Advisory Board <br />
