Robert does in a year, he hires a ton of people. <br />Gray you are going to spend money on hiring a HR person and you are <br />going to hire three people a year. Bring somebody in and give somebody some <br />responsibility. <br />High That would be the logical place to start. That means delegation of <br />authority. For example, the chief would be responsible for <br />recruitment in the Fire Department just as the Chief is responsible <br />for the recruitment in the Police Department. And, if I know Karl, he <br />probably tells you or somebody else to get on it. (All Talking). <br />Delegate authority. <br />
