If Mr. Malone and his staff can come up with something that this entire committee will agree on, that would be fine. You and Mr. Anderson can work on that. When need an employee, I just call HR and tell them, you know, they sent them to me, which makes it a lot easier because I've got so many jobs. But, this has been an on -going problem for us, hiring minorities, and I do know it is a two fold problem. It is a problem that is hard for you guys, and it is hard for us to when they get so excited about it, and you tell them its a test involved, then they won't go. But, there is some kind of way around that that we can do something to get them trained, oriented, and wanting to do these jobs. Webb College Station. that I go to every year. There will be anywhere 1,500 to 2,000 blacks thereat that conference. They have a career fair. That might be something that you want to check into.
