Paris Public Library '"'visory Board <br />Minutes - June 15, 15 <br />'-N Page 2 of 2 <br />Mrs. Alsobrook, who has been Lay Representative to the Northeast Texas Library <br />System for the last 9 years, announced that Paris would receive $700 from the <br />extra $70,000 NETLS has available. She announced a NETLS meeting on June 16 <br />at Sherman which Mrs. Sample, Mrs. Gibbs and Mrs. Ellis would attend. <br />Youth Librarian Pamela Sidnell reported that 309 children had enrolled in <br />the Summer Reading Program since May 14, and that 3 enrollees have already <br />read 50 books each. She said that all the programs and activities were successfully <br />underway. <br />A picture of the late Margaret Baker, a gift from her daughter Linda, was <br />displayed. This picture will be framed and an appropriate inscription will <br />be attached.
