3. Outside storage, when permitted under this section <br />b. Shall read: Will be screened from view of public streets. There will be language <br />added to include the front porch and front yard. <br />Lisa Wright confirmed there was no need to include in the ordinance any screening <br />provisions, since outdoor storage was being entirely prohibited. Council Member Biard agreed. <br />Staff was instructed to make revisions to the Ordinance and include same in the next Agenda <br />packet. <br />4. Discussion of and possible action on recommending provisions regarding demolition by <br />neglect and /or the possible adoption of the International Maintenance Code. <br />The Task Force did not reach this item. <br />5. Receipt of report from the Code Enforcement Education Committee. <br />On behalf of the Education Committee, Bee Garmon presented a report from Pete Kampfer <br />addressing the costs and circulation of the brochures (See Exhibit "A "). <br />6. Request items for future agendas. <br />Chairman Wilson scheduled the next meeting for Tuesday, November 27, 2007, at 5:00 p.m. <br />7. Adjournment. <br />There being no farther business, a Motion to adjourn was made by John House and seconded <br />by Cheryt Moore. Motion carried unanimously.
