5. Discussion of and possible action on recommending provisions regulating the storage and <br />placement of recreational vehicles. <br />Chairman Wilson asked that Sample number one not be used and that the Task Force <br />look at the second sample. All agreed. <br />In General. <br />(1) Ensure this includes no parking in the front yard. <br />(2). Delete. <br />(3). Remove "trash, debris." <br />(5). Add "with valid registration if required." <br />(1). Delete <br />(2). Delete <br />(3). Add to the end of number 5. <br />(8). Change the setback line and ensure they are not parked closer to a structure than <br />something can legally be built. <br />Delete remainder of proposed ordinance. <br />6. Discussion of and possible action on recommending required screening devises for <br />automotive repair businesses and other related businesses. <br />(b). The Task Force agreed to add metal walls cannot be used if they're adjacent to <br />residential. Lisa Wright advised she would get with the City Attorney on wording. <br />7. Request items for future agendas. <br />Billboards, large animals, and demolition by neglect. <br />Chairman Wilson scheduled the next meeting for Tuesday, April 8, 2008, at 5:00 p.m. <br />8.
