What is the main complaint of utility services you receive from <br />your constituents other than the cost? <br />10. In your opinion, other than the cost of service, what is the most <br />sensitive issue to be addressed when pricing utility services? <br />(examples: ability to pay, attractive growth, encourage industrial <br />development, etc.) <br />11. Please provide any additional comments you feel would be beneficial <br />in the conduct of this study. <br />Mr. Stowe explained these questions are open questions which are <br />important because what they will do is take those three questions and <br />what you have responded, overlay them to the way you responded to the <br />first eight questions, and gave an example - what level of service you <br />should provide? Highest quality of service at the most economical <br />price. Mr. Stowe said that the most additional comments were the major <br />complaints were low pressure, and in case of heavy rains is the inflow <br />problem.
