MINUTES OF THE UPPER STILLHOUSE CREEK SEWER SERVICE COMMITTEE <br />May 26, 1987 <br />The Committee for the Upper Stillhouse Creek Sewer Service met May <br />26, 1987, 3:00 P. M., Conference Room, City Hall. Chairman Curtis <br />Fendley called the meeting to order with the following members <br />present: Councilman Clifford and Councilman Bone. Also present were <br />City Manager, Michael E. Malone, City Attorney, T. K. Haynes, <br />Director of Finance, W. E. Anderson, Interim City Engineer, Richard <br />Babb, Consulting Engineer, Brandon Chaney, and City Clerk, Mattie <br />Cunningham. <br />Brandon Chaney, Consulting Engineer, and Richard Babb, Interim City <br />Engineer, gave an over view of the project, going over the different <br />alternates that are available. <br />After discussion, it was decided that alternate number 3 was the best <br />and most economical, and after further discussion, the Committee <br />instructed Mr. Chaney to contact the three parties involved and get <br />their input on the project. The Committee instructed Mr. Chaney to <br />report back to the Committee at a meeting set for June 1, 1987, 3:00 <br />P.
