OVI Zvi
June 18, 1987
Mike E. Malone
City Manager /City of Paris
P.O. Box 1037
Paris, Texas 75460
Re: Elk's Club Sewage Project
Dear Mr. Malone:
We have reveiwed with our engineer the future sewage system
for Oak Creek, a residential subdivision of the City of Paris.
In the past we have assumed that we would be required to install
a lift station with force lines up to Loop 286. Our engineer has
advised us that this line and lift station would cost
approximately $20,000.00. We have decided that it would be
beneficial to both ourselves and the City if we participate in
the above described project.
Oak Creek Development Company will tender to the City of
Paris the sum of $20,000.00 at such time as we develop the third
phase of Oak Creek Addition. I must advise you that we do not
anticipate expansion under one year or possibly two years. We
feel it would be beneficial to all not to have an additional lift
station. It is my understanding that this will comply with all
our requirements under any pro rata ordinance that might be
enacted and that it specifically would cover the property now
owned by Oak Creek Development Company, a Partnership consisting
of Gail C. Davis, Gary Michael Copeland and Eric S. Clifford.
If I can be of any further assistance, or if you need any
further information please contact me.
kc
Yours truly,
Gail C.
