MINUTES OF MEETING <br />PARIS -LAMAR COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH <br />The Paris -Lamar County Board of Health held its regular <br />monthly meeting on Wednesday, April 12, 1995 at the <br />Holiday Inn of Paris. Members present included Dr. Glenn <br />Dunnington, Dr. Robert Moseley, Dr. Bert Strom, Dr. David <br />Brock, Dr. Wally Kraft, Mrs. Ann Norment, and Mrs. Frances <br />Ellis. Others in attendance included Mike Malone, T.K. <br />Haynes, Anthony Bethel, Bob Ricks, Danise Petticrew, Betsy <br />Chapman, and Ron Ragan. <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:11 am. Mrs. Ellis <br />made a motion that was seconded by Mrs. Norment to approve <br />the minutes from the previous meeting, and the motion <br />carried. <br />Under discussion of the implementation of the COPC grant, <br />Anthony Bethel and Betsy Chapman discussed front office <br />personnel and the responsibilities of each position, and <br />discussed changes in the way that the front office <br />functions. <br />Under discussion of the fee schedule, Anthony Bethel <br />passed out a proposed schedule of fees and discussed this <br />proposed schedule. Dr. Kraft made a motion that was <br />seconded by Dr. Brock that this fee schedule be adopted by <br />the Health Department, and this motion carried. <br />Anthony Bethel handed out copies of the monthly reports. <br />The next meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, May 17, 1995 <br />at the Holiday Inn. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 am. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Bob Ricks <br />
