Mrs. Prestridge reminded the board members that we have three board vacancies expiring June 30, 2014 for <br />the full -terms and one board vacancy to fulfill Dr. Singh's remaining term that will expire June 30, 2015. We <br />will start advertising in May. The applications will be available in Mrs. Prestridge's office and also at <br />www.parisfamarhealth.com website. Final audit report showing 3 findings in 2012 where some payments <br />bleed over into the next year and these have been corrected. Next DSRIP payment for approximately <br />$337,000 due around April 30th and we should get our payment in July and Mrs. Prestridge would like to pay <br />off the lease note. This money must go towards the project and the construction note has already been paid <br />off. Since payroll has been brought in- house, the reports are being sent to State faster and getting <br />reimbursed sooner. The City of Paris Mayor presented the Paris -Lamar County Health District with a <br />proclamation recognizing everything that Andy Fasken, the RAM Foundation, and the Paris -Lamar County <br />Health District staff has done. <br />Gene Anderson advised that it was the City of Paris anticipation that the retiree insurance benefits would <br />probably continue at the Health Department just like they were at the City and it would be rolled into the <br />budget with cost sharing between the City of Paris and Lamar County. <br />The next meeting will be on the 20th May, 2014 at 5:30 p.m. at the Paris - Lamar County Health Department. <br />Dr. Erickson made the motion and was seconded by Dr. House for the meeting to be adjourned at 6:34 p.m. <br />Respectfully submitted by: <br />Cheryl D.
