City Council Drainage Study Committee <br />February 22, 2001 <br />Page 4 <br />included in the Wade Park, 24th SE, and Lamar Avenue Drainage Project. <br />Larry Redus, 260 26th SE, identified a problem that will be addressed <br />through a small project. <br />Lynda Standridge, 230 31' SE, identified a drainage concern which will <br />require further engineering study and should be alleviated by a small <br />project. <br />Charlie Parkman, 935 Wilburn Drive, had identified a concern that has been <br />addressed by an in -house project that has been completed. <br />Duke McLaughlin, Old Jefferson Road, identified a drainage concern which <br />will require additional engineering study and can possibly be addressed <br />by some of the NCRS funding. <br />Ken Cannon, 420 34th Street NE, Fran Hamner, 340 34th Street NE, Ruby <br />Shaw, 3300 Pine Bluff, and Linda Ford, 350 29th NE, are all concerned with <br />the same problem and it is recommended as a small project requiring <br />some additional engineering. <br />Jimmy Don Preston, 2855 40th Street SE, identified a problem which has <br />been determined to be on private property and is not one that the City can <br />address. <br />John Gribbling,1295 22 "d Street NE, has identified a problem with surface <br />drainage coming from a spring or a seep. The staff recommends <br />additional engineering study and the possible installation of additional <br />grates to the new drainage pipe that was installed. <br />Linda Ford, 350 29th Street NE, identified a problem which will require some <br />additional engineering review and can possibly be addressed by a small <br />project. <br />Fay McGee, 1275 22nd Street NE, identified a problem which may be <br />addressed by the NRCS project. <br />Betty Vanderburg, 2720 Culbertson, identified a problem which needs <br />additional engineering review and might possibly be addressed by a small <br />project. <br />
