City Council Drainage Study Committee <br />February 22, 2001 <br />Page 6 <br />may be partially addressed by the proposed NRCS project. <br />Troy Jones, 609 West Sherman, identified a drainage concern which will <br />require additional engineering review and may be partially addressed by <br />the proposed NRCS project. <br />Linda Caviness, 4240 Sunrise Drive, identified a drainage concern with the <br />ditch which was overgrown. The ditch has been cleaned. <br />August 16, 2000 City Council Drainage Study Committee <br />Ruth Merritt, 90 32 "d SW, identified a drainage concern which needs <br />additional engineering review and will be a possible small project. <br />Regina Warner, 210 25th SE, and Claudia Vickers, 230 25th Street SE, <br />identified drainage problems that would be solved with the completion of <br />the Wade Park, 24th Street, and Lamar Avenue drainage project. <br />Lucius Joe, 161017tt' NE, and Joe McCarthy, 126017th NE, and Joe Brooks, <br />Jr., 1225 17th NE, presented a concern about the replacement of drainage <br />ditches along 17th NE with underground storm sewer and curb and gutter. <br />This item is a possible pro rata curb and gutter project requiring some City <br />participation in cost. This should be further reviewed. <br />Phillip Nance, 3610 Graham, identified a drainage concern which has been <br />addressed. This item is completed. <br />Michael King, 801 South Church Street, and Richey Wortham, 903 E. Oak <br />Street, identified a drainage concern which requires additional engineering <br />review and may be partially addressed by the proposed NRCS project. <br />Don Preston, 3745 Dawn Drive, identified a drainage concern which is a <br />problem on private property between neighbors and that the City cannot <br />address. <br />Margie Bell, 624 Church Street, identified a drainage concern which will be <br />addressed with the completion of the Wade Park, 24th SE, and Lamar <br />Avenue project which is the top priority drainage project. <br />
