RESOLUTION NO. 89 -027 <br />WHEREAS, the Red River Valley Fair Association did <br />heretofore lease City of Paris Fairgrounds from the City of <br />Paris; and, <br />WHEREAS, the old poultry barn became dilapidated and <br />was removed; and, <br />WHEREAS, the Red River Valley Fair Association desires <br />to replace the old poultry barn with a new poultry barn of <br />metal building construction, being 40 feet wide and 100 feet <br />long to be located across the street from the livestock barn <br />in order that it may be used in conjunction with the <br />livestock barn; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PARIS, That the Red River Valley Fair Association be, and <br />the same is granted permission to construct a metal building <br />40 feet wide and 100 feet long with restroom facilities on <br />the fairgrounds across the street from the livestock barn. <br />Passed and adopted this 13th day of March, 1989. <br />Eric S. or ayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Joe cCollum, Assistant City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS 0 FORM: <br />T.
