PAVING WIDTH 20th N.C.: Charles Grebb has requested a permit to install
curb and gutter along the west side of 20th N.E. at a width of 39' from
Tudor Street south a distance of 185 feet. A large pecan tree would have
to be removed if the width of pavement is required to be 44 feet to conform
to existing section north and south of this location.
i will present a map showing the existing paving at the meeting.
The Highway Department has stated they have no objection to a 39' wide
section of paving at this location which would allow the tree to remain.
We feel that a recommendation from the Commission and approval by the City
Council Is needed before a permit. Is issued Inasmuch as the 44 foot section .
has been started along this street.
g.
