LOWRY CARRINGTON: This,petition has been referred back to the Commission <br />for a public hearing for office zoning only. The original petition for office <br />zoning and appropriate zoning for a Health Spa was recommended for denial at <br />our last meeting. <br />2.. MICKEY YORK: Commercial zoning is requested for this property located on <br />the southeast loop at 3rd S.E. Mr. York proposes to operate a feed store at <br />this location. <br />3. JAMES RHEUDASIL: This property located on the east side of 17th N.E. at <br />Loop 286 N.E. Is requested to be zoned Commercial. A- portion of the property <br />Is proposed to be developed for farm equipment sales and service. There are <br />several commercial land uses around this property Including the new tolephone <br />company service building, a tractor supply business and a mobile home park <br />and sales location. <br />4. J. W. MCCOY, SR.: This property, also on the northeast loop, Is proposed . <br />for commercial development. An office building is planned for a portion of <br />this tract. <br />5• M. L. ERVIN: Commeerciat zoning is requested for.thls property on Bonham <br />Street at 13th N.W. In order to operate an automobile sales lot. A repair <br />garage has operated behind the house at this location for some years without <br />benefit of proper zoning. <br />6. WAYNE AND GENE MOwN: General Retail zoning is, requested for this pro- <br />perty on the northeast corner of Lamar Avenue and Loop 286. Located Immediately <br />south of the Loop Truck Stop and Noie's Stereo Center, the property is planned <br />for additional business development. <br />7. Unlisted Lend Use: A determination has been requested by the Eiirls Soft- <br />ball of Paris, Inc. as -to the proper zoning for a concession building as an <br />,accessary use to their softball activities which will be held on thy: Oak <br />Parts Methodist Church property at W. Austin Street and 27th S.W. Two fields <br />have been developed on this.property for public use and they propose to build <br />a permanent structure with restroom facilities for <the.purpose of selling <br />refreshments during the games. There are no lights for night play, to the <br />schedule will be limited to a few weeks each summer and the concession building <br />will be operated only during the girls softball season.
