L , <br />EXHIBIT A <br />MEMORANDUM <br />April 4, 1977 <br />TO Planning and Zoning Commission <br />FROM Director of Public Works <br />SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat - Winchester Estates <br />Owner: Bobby Whitaker <br />The above.described preliminary plat has been reviewed by <br />this department and found to comply with the City of Paris <br />• Subdivision Regulations, Ordinance No. 1315, with the <br />following exceptions, additions and /or alterations: <br />1. Indicate on plat: date, acreage, present width of <br />25th Street N.E., adjacent street Block and <br />Lot Nos. of adjacent properties. <br />2. Show dedication of 10 feet of Right -of -Way at West <br />end to provide 60 feet R.O.W. for 25th St. N.E.., <br />3. Increase easement width to 15 feet on north, east <br />and south. Overhead power cannot be installed in <br />10 foot easement. <br />4. Provide 10' street lighting easements between <br />Lots'14 and 15, 18 and 19, 22 and 23. Additional <br />easements may be required on final plat. <br />5. Omit Item 9 of General Notes. <br />6. Traverse closure on the final plat must be 1:7500 or <br />better.
