the motion was made by R. B. Staples, Jr., with second by Al Cathcart, that <br />the Commission recommend to the City Council that said street be designated <br />46TH STREET, N. E. The motion passed unanimously. <br />The Final Plat of MORNINGSIDE ESTATES PART 1 -8, owned by Kay and Wayne <br />Brown, was presented to the Commission by the Secretary, T. K. Haynes, with <br />the Director of Public Works' recommendations. After discussion, the motion <br />was made by Homer Thornton, with second by Al Cathcart, that said plat be <br />approved subject to the Director of Public Works' requirements enumerated in <br />his memorandum to the Planning and Zoning Commission, dated June 3, 1974, attached <br />hereto as Exhibit D. <br />There being no further business to com e <br />adjourned. <br />• 4e. <br />before he Commission, the meeting <br />aynes.
