MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />February 11, 1974 <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission met at 5:15 o'clock P. M. , <br />on Monday, February 11, 1974, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, <br />Texas, and the following members were present: <br />1. Roy H. Anderson, Chairman <br />2. Al Cathcart <br />3. R. B. Staples, Jr. <br />4. Spencer Abbett <br />5. Charlie Adkins <br />6. Raymond T. Fuller <br />The Chairman, Roy H. Anderson - called the meeting to order and <br />took as the first item of business the Final Plat of Morningside Estates, <br />Part I, owned by Kay and Wayne Brown, which was presented to the <br />Commission by the Secretary, T. K. Haynes, with the Director of Public <br />Works' recommendations. After discussion, the motion was made by <br />Charlie Adkins, with second by R. B. Staples, Jr., that said plat be <br />approved subject to the Director of Public Works' requirements enumer- <br />ated in his memorandum to the Planning and Zoning Commission, dated <br />February 11, 1974, attached hereto as Exhibit A. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, <br />the meeting adjourned. <br />aynes, Secretary xm is o <br />
