r. <br />M 'I'N U TE I.: <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />NOVEMBER 3, 1975 <br />The Planning and Zoning Cow.0ssion net at 7:00 o'clock p.m., Monday, November 3, <br />19075 in the Municipal Court Rocm, Paris, Texas with the following members present- <br />1. Clark Estes, Jr. - Chairman <br />2� Spencer Abbett <br />3. Raymond Fuller <br />4. Herschel McKinney <br />5. Dr. Jim Miles <br />6. R. B. Staples, Jr. <br />7. Homer Thornton <br />B. Victorine Young <br />The weeting was called to order and the Minutes of October 13, 1975 were approved <br />as written. <br />The first item of business was a Public Hearing to consider the petition of Mr. <br />John Pass for a change in zoning from a One Family Dwelling District No. 2 (SF-2) <br />to a Planned Development-Multi Family District (PD-b) on Lot 27, City Block 249, <br />located on the north side of Clarksville Street approximately 1000 feet east of <br />Johnson Woods Drive. <br />This item had been continued from the October meeting pending completion of the <br />required Site Plan. <br />J. T. Pass was present and reviewed the Site Plan stating that all the require- <br />ments had been met. <br />There was no one else present speaking for or against the petition. <br />Following discussion, Mr. Thornton made a motion to recommend approval of the <br />petition. Dr. Miles seconded the motion and all voted aye. <br />The n"�t item was a Public Hearing to consider the petition of Mr. Mike D. Lee <br />for a change in zoning from a Planned Development-Multi Family District (PD-b) <br />and a Neighborhood Service District to a Planned Development-Shopping Center <br />District (PD-a) on Lot 2, City Block 299, located on the south side of Clarks- <br />ville Street approximately 300 feet east of Johnson Woods Drive. <br />This item had been continued from the October meeting pending completion of the <br />required Site Plan. <br />Mr. Lee presented the Site Plan for the development stating that all the require- <br />ments, had been filet. <br />There was no one else present speaking for or against the proposal and following <br />discussion, Mr. McKinney made a motion to recommend approval of the petition. <br />Mr. Staples seconded the motion and all voted aye. <br />
