�, - i <br />1 <br />MCUnnA KIM 1141 <br />TO: BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />FROM: DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />SUBJECT: AGENDA ITEM FOR JANUARY 27, 1987 <br />Ms. Cora Mae Wilson, 1240 S.E. 20th, is seeking a permit to build a cover <br />over an existing circular driveway in front of her house. <br />Ms. Wilson has to have the assistance of a walker or a wheelchair to get <br />around but is capable of driving her car. <br />This house was built without a garage and the proposed cover is to provide <br />shelter from the elements when she is getting in or out of her car. <br />If allowed, the support posts for the cover would be as close as 8 feet <br />from the front property line or 19 feet from the curb line. <br />All of the houses on the street observe a front set back of 25 feet from <br />the property line or 36 feet from the curb. <br />Thank you. <br />�n <br />be N.
