L� <br />I, O. L. Rainey, hereby request that a variance be <br />granted me on Section 9, Subsection 301, Item 1 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance relating to lot depth in my proposed Town East <br />Addition'to the City, contingent upon me or my attorney devising <br />acceptable means to bind me'by contract to the City and /or to <br />neighboring homeowners in any manner that will insure the follow- <br />ing deed restrictions are inforced on my proposed.addition, <br />DEED RESTRICTIONS: <br />1. All lots to remain SF -2 zoning and have the <br />minimum square footage as required by the City; <br />2. That all houses will be built with at least <br />1650 square feet of living space (under heat and <br />air) and upward to 1800 or 2000 square feet depend- <br />ing on the nature of the lot and house plans; <br />3. That all houses are to be masonry (brick) <br />construction and that masonry will be 900 of the <br />outside wail construction; <br />4. That all houses will contain double garages <br />so as to limit parking on the street; <br />5. That every effort will be made to build as <br />attractive homes as possible, well decorated, well <br />landscaped, so as to maintain the natural beauty <br />of the neighborhood; <br />And that this contingency is to be realized before <br />final approval of the plat by the City.of Paris Planning and <br />Zoning Commission. <br />O.
