The garage facas on East Washington <br />Street. <br />He is doing the censtruct!;Yn himself and failed to apply for a Building .. <br />Permit. The foundation, framing and roof was complated before we caught <br />it the last week in July. <br />The construction is in violation of Section 23 -141b of the Zoning Crdinahet <br />which requires a 15 foot side yard for accessory buildings adjacent to a <br />side street.
