If the property <br />is not demolished in 30 days the City may demolish, with a $1,000 per day civil <br />penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />E. 539 W. Campbell; Lot 14 and 14 -A, City Block 88 -B— Motion was made <br />by Chris Brown, seconded by Vicki Ballard, to allow 30 days to demolish. If the <br />property is not demolished in 30 days the City may demolish, with a $1,000 per <br />day civil penalty.
