If the <br />property is not demolished in 30 days the City may demolish, with a $1,000 per <br />day civil penalty. Motion carried unanimously. <br />E. 1126 E. Houston; Lot 8 -A, City Block 32 -C - Motion was made by Vicki <br />Ballard, seconded by Wendell Moore, to allow 30 days to demolish. If the <br />property is not demolished in 30 days the City may demolish, with a $1,000 per <br />day civil penalty.
