A person <br />would be protected to a certain point, and if the lending institution will <br />recognize that, and the City will work with the lending institution, which <br />he felt they would. Mr. Wilson felt it would take coordination between <br />the City and the lending institution and the legal profession. <br />Chairman Pfiester said he would like to manage a 5% across the board <br />increase for all city employees. He would like to place a major <br />emphasis in developing Lake Crook with the possibility of grant with <br />the City supplying matching funds, and felt there was a need for a new <br />police station. <br />City Manager Malone advised the Committee that once the budget has <br />been presented, the Committee can start having Committee meetings <br />and have the department heads present for discussion. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned. <br />MICHAEL J.
