Consideration of and action on recommendation on the closing of an alley <br />located between 69' Street S.E. and 8t' Street S.E. and between Washington <br />Street and Hearon Street from the east boundary line of 6t' Street S.E. east to <br />the west boundary line of 8t' Street S.E. <br />Motion to approve the closing of an alley located between 6' Street S.E. and 8' <br />Street S.E. and between Washington Street and Hearon Street from the east <br />boundary line of 6�' Street S.E. east to the west boundary line of 8' Street S.E. was <br />made by Bobby L. Myers. The motion was seconded by Louis Yates. The motion <br />carried 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br />10. Discussion of proposed Master Plan. <br />Earl Smith is to try to arrange for interviews on February 23, 1998, with the <br />following consultants: <br />Bucher, Willis & Ratliff <br />Carter- Burgess <br />MPRG, Inc. <br />Dunkin, Sefko & Associates <br />The Statement of Qualifications information supplied by consultants is at the City <br />Engineer's Office and is available for review by the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />members.
