Public Hearing to consider the petition of Anthony Nolan for a change in zoning <br />from a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) to a Commercial District (C), Lot 10, City <br />Block 60, being number 401 Pine Bluff. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Anthony Nolan, 1030 31st S.E., spoke in favor of the petition stating that he would like to <br />sell the property for use as offices, he can't find a buyer as a residence. He owns the <br />property and built in 1940. The buyers would like to use property for office or nursery <br />(plants). <br />There was no opposition, the public meeting was declared closed. <br />5. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Essie Marie Moore for a change in zoning <br />from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to Neighborhood Service District <br />(NS), Lot 3, Block P, East Park Addition, being number 1480 10th Street N.E. <br />A motion was made to excuse Joe McCarthy from consideration of this item. Motion <br />was made by Bobby L. Myers and seconded by Curtis Fendley. The motion carried by a <br />vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Ms. Moore, 2260 Sycamore, spoke in favor of the zoning request stating that she owns <br />the property and would like to put in a beauty shop. <br />There was no opposition, the public meeting was declared closed. <br />7.
