Page 2 <br />Block A, Summerwood Estates and Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Block B, Summerwood <br />Estates. <br />Motion was made to approve by Curtis Fendley and to allow 25 feet front setback and 0 <br />and 3 feet side yards. The motion was seconded by Reeves Hayter. The motion carried <br />by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />4. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Anthony Nolan for a change in zoning <br />from a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) to a Commercial District (C), Lot 10, City <br />Block 60, being number 401 Pine Bluff. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Anthony Nolan, 1030 31st S.E., spoke in favor of the petition stating that he would like to <br />sell the property for use as offices, he can't find a buyer as a residence. He owns the <br />property and built in 1940. The buyers would like to use property for office or nursery <br />(plants). <br />There was no opposition, the public meeting was declared closed. <br />5. Consideration of and action on the petition of Anthony Nolan for a change in zoning <br />from a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F) to a Commercial District (C), Lot 10, City <br />Block 60, being number 401 Pine Bluff. <br />A motion to approve was made by Curtis Fendley and seconded by Bobby L. Myers. The <br />motion carried by a vote of 8 ayes and 0 nays. <br />6. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Essie Marie Moore for a change in zoning <br />from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to Neighborhood Service District <br />(NS), Lot 3, Block P, East Park Addition, being number 1480 10th Street N.E. <br />A motion was made to excuse Joe McCarthy from consideration of this item. Motion <br />was made by Bobby L. Myers and seconded by Curtis Fendley. The motion carried by a <br />vote of 7 ayes and 0 nays. <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br />Ms. Moore, 2260 Sycamore, spoke in favor of the zoning request stating that she owns <br />the property and would like to put in a beauty shop. <br />There was no opposition, the public meeting was declared closed. <br />7. Consideration of and action on the petition of Essie Marie Moore for a change in <br />zoning from a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) to Neighborhood Service <br />
