4. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Eric Clifford for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial District (C), Lot 1, City Block 313, being the 4700 Block of Lamar. The public hearing was declared open. Eric Clifford, 2765 NE Loop 286, representing Mr. Richard Weems of Reno Paint and Body Shop, spoke in favor of the petition. Mr. Weems has outgrown his Reno location and is unable to expand his business. He would like to build a new shop in Paris that will accommodate his needs. There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. 5. Consideration of and action on the petition of Eric Clifford for a change in zoning from an Agricultural District (A) to a Commercial District (C), Lot 1, City Block 313, being the 4700 Block of Lamar. Motion was made to approve by Eddie Vincent and seconded by Bobby Myers. Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. 6. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Tammie Green for a change in zoning from a Tivo- Family Dwelling District (2F), to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF -3) With Specific Use Permit (39) Mobile Homes, Lot 10A, City Block 75, being number 408 E. Provine. The public hearing was declared open. Tammie Green, 300 NE Loop 286, agent for Ms. Wilma Crain, spoke in favor of the petition stating that Ms. Crain would like to put in a manufactured home at 408 E. Provine. Ms. Crain owns the property on E. Provine and lives a dilapidated structure that she would like to have torn down and replaced by a manufactured home. A letter from Mr. George Boone was received and read stating opposition to the petition for a manufactured home on the property. There was no further opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. 7. Consideration of and action on the petition of Tammie Green for a change in zoning from a Two - Family Dwelling District (2F), to a One - Family Dwelling District No. 3 (SF- 3) With Specific Use Permit (39) Mobile Homes, Lot 10A, City Block 75, being number 408 E. Provine. Motion was made to approve by Bobby Myers and seconded by Eddie Vincent. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 1 nay. 8. Consideration of and action on the recommendation of the Amended Preliminary Plat, Lot 18, City Block 501, Amherst Court.
