RESOLUTION NO. 92 -017 <br />WHEREAS, the property located at 475 East Henderson, <br />being Lot 7, Block 3, Washington Heights Addition became City <br />of Paris property February 4, 1992, as a result of a <br />Sheriff's Sale for delinquent taxes ; and, <br />WHEREAS, there is no known municipal use for the same, <br />and it would be right and proper to declare the same to be <br />surplus property; NOW, THEREFORE, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, <br />that the lots located at 475 East Henderson, be, and it is <br />hereby declared to be surplus property and the same may be <br />disposed of in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas <br />and the Charter of the City of Paris. <br />Passed and adopted this the 9th day of March, 1992. <br />�-`-�� <br />eorge Fisher, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mattie Cunningham, Cit C er <br />APPROVED AS FORM: <br />. K. aynes, ity Attorney <br />Resolution No. 92 -018, authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City <br />of Paris, George Fisher, to execute on behalf of the City of Paris, a <br />lease contract with the Chamber of Commerce of Lamar County, Inc., was <br />presented. A motion was made by Councilwoman Smith, seconded by <br />Councilman Booth for approval of the resolution. The motion carried 7 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />
